Jezreel Ariban Estrella (Dondon) is from Cebu, Philippines. He has a Bachelors in Theology from Baptist Theological College, Cebu, a TESOL and Masters Degree in Christian Leadership from Cebu Graduate School of Theology, Cebu. Dondon has been teaching English in Thailand since 2007. He and his wife, Carol, started Santisuk English Center Ladkrabang in May 2009.

Deborah Devoe Guzman is from Jamestown, New York, USA. She studied Music Education/Voice at Liberty University. She has a Masters Degree at Universidad IEU. She also studied Theology and Pastoral Ministry at California Christian University. She was the former Directora Principal at Centro Educativo Liceo Lincoln (2006 - 2015) and former Directora at American School Foundation of Chiapas A.C. She has been teaching English at Santisuk since 2019.

Carol Ablien Estrella is from Ormoc, Philippines. She has a Bachelors in Religious Education from Baptist Theological College, Cebu, TESOL certificate and Masters in Religious Education from Cebu Graduate School of Theology, Cebu. She is married to Jezreel Estrella (Dondon) and they have one son. Carol has been teaching English in Thailand since 2004.

Nattawut Khiewsod (Toon) is from Bangkok, Thailand. He took Law for a year and a half and holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Administration from Ramkamhaeng University. He also has a Masters Degree in Christian Ministry from Thailand Pentecostal Seminary. He is married to Cierra Johnson and has a lovely daughter named Arlowyn. He is teaching Basic and Pre-Level 1 Classes.
